Proposals should be sent to the Town Hall, Purchasing Department 15 Rope Ferry Road Waterford, CT 06385 or emailed to Bids will be opened via Zoom in the Louise Appleby Room. Zoom instructions will be posted to the Town of Waterford Website. Envelopes should be clearly marked with the Bid number and description on the front. Electronic submissions shall have the Bid number in the subject line. Late proposals will not be accepted and it is the responsibility of the bidders to ensure that bids (including Signed addenda) arrive in the Town[”]s purchasing office by the date and time listed above. A mandatory site inspection is scheduled on February 26th at 45 Dayton Road at 10:00 a.m. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids.
