897203 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Replacement of Asphalt and Membrane Roof Mystic Fire District 34 Broadway Ave. Mystic, CT 06355 Issue Date: 7 June 2021 The Mystic Fire District herewith solicits proposals from qualified Contractors for the replacement of the asphalt and membrane roof at the B.F. Hoxie Engine Company Station located at 34 Broadway Ave., Mystic, CT for the Fiscal Year 2022. Proposals shall be based on an extended Request for Proposals with Project Specifications that may be obtained in hard copy from the District Clerk: Mystic Fire District 34 Broadway Ave. Mystic, CT 06355 Becky.Wilson@mfd-ct.org 860-536-7559 x201 All contractors shall RSVP to the District Clerk by 1:00 PM on Friday, 18 June 2021 to confirm that they will attend a site walk at the above-mentioned address. The site walk is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Monday, 28 June 2021. Sealed, completed proposals shall be submitted no later than 1:00 PM on Friday, 16 July 2021, to the District Clerk at the above address. Proposals shall be opened at that time in the company of the Mystic Fire District Executive Committee Chairman. The Mystic Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to reject non-compliant proposals and to solicit additional Request for Proposals at a later date.
