| Abilene Housing Authority is soliciting Request for Proposal from qualified contractors, bids for replacement of apartment unit electrical panels for Robert Deegan Apartments, Earl Williams Apartments and Vogel Apartments Phases B & D; at the addresses above. The project will consist of replacement of all Federal Pacific electrical panels throughout the properties. Some electrical panels will be relocated within the units due to clearance in front of existing panel locations. Bid documents will be available the morning of August 2, 2021. Interested contractors shall submit separate bids for each apartment complex. If the bid amount is greater than $100,000.00 then the contractor shall provide a Bid Bond in the amount no less than 5%, and a Performance Bond for the contract amount.
