Washington State University, Facilities Services, will be issuing a RFQ in June for the purposes of identifying Design-Build Teams for the Johnson Hall Demolition/Clark Hall Research Lab Renovation project. The rough project scope is to coordinate the demolition of Johnson Hall, a 170,000 SF laboratory building; the reconfiguration of Johnson Hall Annex infrastructure; and the reallocation of some building users into Clark Hall with minor upgrades. The estimated total budget for design and construction is approximately $14.9M.
