ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Archer Construction & Design is accepting bids for the CITY OF SHERMAN – WWTP OPERATIONS BUILDING ADDITION & REMODEL. The project includes but is not necessarily limited to the construction of proposed modifications to existing building, building additions, pavement sidewalks, water & sewer service lines, plumbing, HVAC and electrical improvements at the Post Oak Wastewater Treatment Plant for the City of Sherman. Bids are due to Archer Construction on Friday, June 4th prior to 1:00pm. Bids need to be emailed to Travis Frank at travis@archer-cdc.com. To request Bid Documents specifications and plans, please contact Travis via email or 903-739-2350. Disadvantage Business Enterprises with MBE or WBE status are encouraged to bid. All subcontractors will be required to adhere to the prevailing Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. Archer Construction & Design reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
