ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BOROUGH OF SCHUYLKILL HAVEN LEAD WATER SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT (2021) Bids for the construction of the Lead Water Service Line Replacement (2021) project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Borough of Schuylkill Haven until 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, June 11th, 2021 and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. All project documents and details are available at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net). A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., 250 Parkway, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Borough of Schuylkill Haven hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
