The following Packages (BP) will be bid as scheduled below:

BP#2 “”“ GRANDSTANDS/SEATING PACKAGE

Garco Construction, Inc. (General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting SEALED proposals from qualified contractors for above scope of work. The scope of work will be outlined in the Contract Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in Contract Specifications. A Bid Bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above.

SEALED bid proposals will be accepted (and must be submitted) PRIOR to the time listed above at the office of Garco Construction, Inc., E. 4114 Broadway, Spokane, WA 99202. Proposals received after the times noted above and faxed/emailed/phoned proposals will be considered non-responsive. Bids will be publicly opened virtually via Zoom with Garco Construction and Spokane Public Schools representatives present. Garco Construction and Spokane Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities on bids received.

BID PACKAGE #2 Contract Documents can be reviewed ONLINE on or after JANUARY 11, 2022 at the following locations:

Spokane Regional Plan Center
Builder””‘s Exchange

Bidders can obtain documents from Abadan Reprographics for a deposit of $150; unsuccessful bidders can recover their deposits by returning the documents to Abadan. Contact Abadan at 509-747-2964.
