Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked for the appropriate Bid Schedule.

Contact the Asotin County Public Works Department at chill@co.asotin.wa.us to obtain electronic copies of the contract plans and specifications bid packet and regarding any questions about the bidding procedures.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Deposit of Cash, Cashier=s Check, or Surety Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Asotin County Public Works Department.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

The bid package and bid forms for each schedule are included in the Multiple Bid specifications.
