ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids addressed to the City

The project includes approximately: 284 CY Swale Excavation, 138 CY Concrete Channel Liner, 100 LF 27-inch RCP, 1 3’x3′ Y Inlet, 1 2’x2′ Y Inlet, 586 SY Grass Sod, along with appurtenances associated with the work.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope externally marked-

Bids will be opened and publicly read at the Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive. Conditions related to the COVID-19 may impact the reading of the bids.

No bids will be open or considered if received after the specified time.

Prequalification is not required.

Bidders must submit with their bids a Cashier’s Check or a Certified Check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the maximum amount of bid payable without recourse to the Owner or a 5% Bid Bond with the bids. A Payment Bond (Bid over $25,000) and/or Performance Bond (Bid over $100,000) will be required for this project, depending on amount of bid. A Maintenance Bond will be required (2-year, 100%).

Only those Bids received from Contractors who have obtained the plans and specifications for this project and are listed on the City’s plan holders list, will be opened at the bid opening for consideration.
