Project Summary: This public works project consists of street/sidewalk improvements for new and existing bus stops. The work includes traffic control, demolition, grading, stormwater drainage, placement of concrete, reinforced concrete, electrical, landscaping, signage, and stop amenities installation.

Please direct all questions regarding this project to the Project Manager stated above. Bidders may obtain electronic copies of plans and specifications from the Project Manager. Plans and specifications may be viewed at several local and regional plan centers.

State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Spokane County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The “””Effective Date””” for this project is the bid due date above. No Bidder may withdraw their bid after the bid due date and time unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the solicitation process.
