Sealed bids will be received at the City Clerk””‘s office for the City of Deer Park, P.O. Box F/ 316 E. Crawford Ave., Deer Park WA, 99006, until February 14, 2023, for the following equipment: New 2023 side by side diesel-powered four-wheel drive UTV.

Bids will be opened Tuesday February 21, 2023, at 11:00 AM. at the Deer Park city hall at 316 E. Crawford if bidders would like to attend.

Bids received after February 14, will not be considered. If bids are mailed, they must be post marked by February 14, 2023

The maximum delivery date upon notification of bid approval shall be 30 days from date of award.

Bid documents, terms, conditions, and instructions to the specifications are available at the City Hall located at 316 E. Crawford Ave., Deer Park, WA, during regular business hours.

INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS
A. All bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms. Included in these specifications is a complete set of bid forms. Erasures or other changes in the bids must be initialed and explained or noted on the signature of the bidder.

B. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing on the outside, the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the Equipment for which the bid is submitted. If forwarded by mail the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified.

C. No bid will be accepted unless signed by the bidder or his authorized agent.
