Notice is hereby given, Central Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (CPTA) | rabbittransit Generator located in Elysburg, PA 17824 is soliciting bids for the proposed generator relocation work located at Elysburg, PA 17824
Bid documents is available by contacting CPTA’s Project Manager, includes a Project Manual, Specification, and construction plans and details.
Bid packages will be received for the following contracts:

The deadline for bid submissions is
2:00PM (EST) on November 16, 2021.
All bids will be submitted electronically. A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on October 20, 2021 at 1:00PM (EST).
CPTA encourages the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in all contracts. Any certified DBE’S proposed by the contractor must be fully utilized with adequate documentation provided by the selected contractor to satisfy PennDOT requirements. A DBE goal of 2.00% has been established by CPTA for this construction contract and requests that bidders demonstrate a Good Faith Effort (GFE) to seek out and solicit DBE participation in the project.
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Labor Law Prevailing Wage Rates have been developed for this project and are included in the Project Manual.
