ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS COMPUTER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Sealed proposals are invited in accordance with MGL Ch. 30B §6 for furnishing the Gloucester Housing Authority (GHA) with Computer Informational Technology (IT) Services at numerous locations throughout the City of Gloucester for a period of one (1) year with the option of the Authority to renew for two additional one (1) year periods shall be received by the Gloucester Housing Authority, David S. Houlden, Executive Director, P.O. Box 1599, 259 Washington St., Gloucester, MA 01931-1599 until March 31, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. All proposals shall be labeled “GHA IT Services”. Requests for Proposals are available by contacting David S. Houlden, Executive Director, P.O. Box 1599, 259 Washington St., Gloucester, MA 01931-1599 (978) 281-4770, ext. 105 or by e-mail at dhoulden@ ghama.com. An electronic PDF version can be downloaded on the GHA website at ghama.com. Questions must be sent in writing and can be sent by mail, fax or e-mail. Questions can be mailed to GHA ATTN: David S. Houlden, Executive Director, P.O. Questions must be received by the GHA no later than March 19, 2021. Any response to questions will be made by March 24, 2021 and shall be provided to all firms that requested a proposal. Response to questions shall also be made available on the GHA website. Those submitting a proposal are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the written proposal. Six (6) copies of technical proposals must be submitted, with at least one bearing original signatures. At least one original of the cost proposal must be submitted. No oral, electronic, telephonic, facsimile or other versions are acceptable. Late or otherwise deficient proposals may not be considered. The Awarding Authority is the GHA Board of Commissioners which reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal it deems to be in the best interests of the Gloucester Housing Authority. The Board of Commissioners will notify the successful Proposer of the award of the Contract, if any, within sixty (60) days following the deadline for receipt of proposals.
