ADVERTISEMENT The Beverly Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Bulkhead Replacement at the Story Avenue 200-1 Family Housing Development for the Beverly Housing Authority in Beverly Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Raymond T. Guertin, Architect. The Project consists of: Replacement of 22 metal and wood bulkheads with new metal and woodframed bulkheads at the Story Avenue 200-1 Family Housing Development including all related work as shown on the Drawings and in the Project Manual. Alternate No. 1 – Replacement of 2 additional Type A metal and wood bulkheads at Buildings A4 & A5 including all related work as shown on the Drawings and in the Project Manual. Alternate No. 2 – Replacement of 2 additional Type B metal bulkheads at Buildings B2 & B4 including all related work as shown on the Drawings and in the Project Manual. The work is estimated to cost $67,900.00. (Base Bid: $58,700.00 – Alternates: $9,200.00) Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
