ADVERTISEMENT The Rockport Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Concrete Balcony Repair / Replacement at Millbrook Park 667-2 Elderly Housing Developments for the Rockport Housing Authority in Rockport, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Raymond T. Guertin, Architect. The Project consists of: Concrete balcony and railing repairs/replacement at 23 Balconies at six (6) Buildings including all related demolition, concrete, carpentry and painting as shown on the Drawings and Project Manual. The work is estimated to cost $670,000.00 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149, §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149, §§26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction. General Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September, 30, 2021 and publicly opened, forthwith. Filed sub-bids for the trades listed below will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 16, 2021, and opened forthwith.
