ADVERTISEMENT The Salem Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Groundskeeping Service Providers for Groundskeeping Services in Salem, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Salem Housing Authority. The Project consists of groundskeeping services between April 1, 2022 and November 30, 2022 as described in the procurement package. The estimated value of the project is $50,000.00 per year. There are 2- 1 year options to renew at the sole option of the Salem Housing Authority. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B section 5 and to minimum wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids, if it is in the public interest to do so. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on March 1, 2022 and will be publicly opened forthwith. Sealed bids may be hand-delivered or mailed to the Salem Housing Authority, 27 Charter Street, Salem, MA 01970 and received no later than the date and time specified above. Bids must be clearly marked “Bid for Groundskeeping Services” on the outside of the envelope. Bid forms and contract documents are available on the Salem Housing Authority’s website at www. salemha.org under Bid Opportunities as of February 14, 2022 A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on February 24, 2022.
