ADVERTISEMENT TO BID 667-1 New Emergency Generator, #351077 The Yarmouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the 667-1 New Emergency Generator, #351077 in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Garcia, Galuska & DeSousa, Inc. The work consists of Generator and associated equipment, wiring and new ductbanks at the Yarmouth Housing Long Pond Plaza. The work, in general, consists of a new exterior natural gas generator, new automatic transfer switches, at each building and ductbanks. The estimated cost $116,600 General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electrical. No Filed Sub Bids are required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
