ADVERTISEMENT TO BID Northern Essex Community College, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for Bid # NECC23-FAC001 Roof Replacement, for Northern Essex Community College, Haverhill, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Northern Essex Community College. The Project consists of: · Removal of existing roofing (approx. 12,000 square feet) and installation of new rubber membrane roofing system. Project shall be inclusive of all labor, supplies, permits required for complete watertight installation. Existing wood decking to be inspected and repairs as necessary · Removal and disposal of all materials · Location: – Louise Haffner Fournier Education Center Lawrence Campus, 78 Amesbury Street, Lawrence MA 01840 The work is estimated to cost $140,000 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
