Request for Proposals for Town of Shrewsbury Architectural Services, General (On-Call) The Town of Shrewsbury Public Buildings Department is seeking proposals from architectural firms to provide on-call design services for the Town of Shrewsbury. The Town of Shrewsbury will award and issue contracts for various projects over a three year period. The scope of work generally involves repair, rehabilitation or renovations to municipal and school buildings / structures. Projects may include re-roofing, window replacement, exterior envelope repairs, mechanical / structural repair and or replacements, renovations for handicapped accessibility, minor interior renovation to offices and classroom spaces. Applicants must be fully licensed for this type of work by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and must list licensed consultants that will be used. Designer fees will be negotiated for each separate project.
