Milford, Connecticut – Asphalt Prices for 2022 are now available for this paving season. BYLT™ has completed it’s national annual spring asphalt cost review. In this release we will provide cost data sampling for the United States North East Region including New England.

Asphalt Price & Cost Considerations

Some notes to consider this 2022 season is that we have seen a increase from last year. With current and upcoming current events and increased environmental regulation we will see an additional surcharge increase again in May most likely in the 2% range but planners should anticipate risks for surges of upto 10%. This increase depending on the state will most likely mirror D.O.T. public work asphalt index release in Mid-May.
