Wachusett Regional School District Invitation for Bids For Auto Parts Supplies Contract The Wachusett Regional School District requests sealed bids for Auto Parts Supplies Contract for the 2021-22 school year with two 1 year renewal options for the Auto Shop at the Wachusett Regional High School located at 1401 Main Street, Holden, MA. Bids may be obtained by emailing Carolyn_holden@wrsd.net or by calling (508) 829-1670, extension 272. The Director of Business & Finance will receive sealed bids by mail at the Business Office until 11:00 A.M. on March 22, 2021. The bid opening will be held on Google Meets. The District shall award the contract to the highest discount percentage offered by a responsible and eligible bidder. However, it reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, or to accept any bid even if the bid is not the highest, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Wachusett Regional School District, to waive informalities deemed inconsequential and to make awards in a manner deemed to be in the District’s best interest.
