STATE ASSOCIATION FOR TRANSPORTATION INSURANCE (SAFTI)

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The State Association for Transportation Insurance (SAFTI), an insurance pool(s) comprised of public transit entities throughout Pennsylvania, is seeking proposals to perform Banking and Investment Services for its Worker’s Compensation Pool and Property & Liability Pool for a five (5) year agreement subject to annual renewal. Proposals will be accepted at the SAFTI Treasurer’s offices at 1700 North Street, Reading, PA 19604 until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, on Friday, May 7, 2021.

All proposals and agreements are subject to all applicable state and federal laws.

Proposers will be required to comply with all applicable non-collusion, non-discrimination, debarment, contractor integrity and lobbying laws.

SAFTI reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to waive informalities as it deems to be in its best interest.
