Local Time May 12, 2021 and at that time publicly opened and read. Bids may be obtained from 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. weekdays at the above address or downloaded at www.worcesterma.gov Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of General Laws Chapter 149, Sections 44A to 44H, inclusive as amended. The estimated cost of this project is $ 110,000.00 Description of Work: Modifications to the exterior signage at DCU Center per plans and specifications. There is a fifty dollar ($ 50.00) charge for mailing fees (if requested). The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed to be in the City’s best interest.
