BID NOTICE Clean and Green 2023 Moscow Borough will be accepting bids for its Annual Clean and Green Program for the curbside pickup of unwanted household trash. Bid specifications and forms can be obtained by contacting the Moscow Borough Office at 570-842-1699. Sealed bids will be received by the Borough until 12:00 Noon, Thursday, March 2, 2023 at the Borough Building, 123 VanBrunt Street, Moscow, PA 18444 and will be opened at the Moscow Borough Council meeting on Monday, March 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Moscow Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
