BID NOTICE FOR CLEANING SERVICES The Mount Carmel Area School District is accepting bids for Cleaning Services for the 2021-2022 school term. Sealed bids should be mailed or delivered to Corrina Lesko, Business Manager, Mount Carmel Area School District, 600 West Fifth Street, Mount Carmel, PA 17851, no later than 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2021. The School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any item or part of parts of any bid; to waive technicalities for the best interest of the School District, and to consider the conmpetency and responsibilities of the bidder in awarding the contract.
