BID NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Theodore Wint VFW Post #25 is seeking Bids from responsible, licensed construction firms with considerable knowledge and experience in general contracting, PA Prevailing Wage, grant programs, and state contracts to build a 2,000 square foot, one level addition to their current building at 2291 Rockwell Avenue, Scranton, PA. Submissions should be mailed or hand delivered to James Kuchwara, Commander at the Theodore Wint VFW Post #25, by February 7, 2023 at 5:00 PM (EST).
