BID NOTICE NOTICE: Sealed Bids for a multiple prime

NOTICE: Sealed Bids for a multiple prime construction project involving Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and General Construction disciplines at the Middlesex Elementary School will be received by the Cumberland Valley School District at the District Administration Building, located at 6746 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Attn: Michael Dieffenbach, until 2:00 P.M. EDST on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Bids must be hand delivered or sent via courier to the physical address. Bids received after this time, and bids sent via U.S. mail, telephone facsimile machine (FAX) or E-mail, will not be accepted. Properly received bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately following the specified deadline for receiving Bids. The construction documents can be obtained beginning Wednesday, October 13, 2021 by contacting Robert Sells, Barton Associates Project Manager, at ras@ba-inc.com or 717.845.7654. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or reasons whatsoever. A Bidders’ Pre-bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. EDST at Middlesex Elementary School, 250 N. Middlesex Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.
