BID NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received at the Office

BID NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Secretary, Dunmore School District, 300 W. Warren Street, Dunmore, PA 18512, for installation of 1) LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring at the Dunmore Elementary Center (grade 3, main office and nurses office) and 2) Carpet tiles in the Dunmore Jr Sr High School (main office and guidance offices). All bids must be made upon blank forms furnished free of charge by said school district and must be clearly marked with the type of bid enclosed. A non-collusion affidavit must be submitted together with each bid. Forms may be obtained by emailing alopatka@dunmoreschool district.net. A mandatory walk through will be held on June 3, 2021 at 10:00 am. Bids will be due Friday June 18, 2021 at 10am. The projects are to be completed by August 20, 2021. No bids will be considered which fail in any respect to comply with the terms of bid conditions of specifications. The Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
