BID NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by East Buffalo Township, Union County, PA, at 589 Fairground Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837, until 1 p.m. May 6, 2021; opened on May 6, 2021, at 1:15 p.m.; and awarded on May 10, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. At the East Buffalo Township Municipal Building for the following: SEAL COAT CONTRACT Furnish and place approximately 23,016 SY of Bituminous Reinforced Seal Coat and place 23,016 SY of Asphalt Fod Seal. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of contract. A certifed check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of contract, made payable to the Municipality will be required from lowest responsible bidder for contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
