INVITATION TO BID Bywood Elementary School Toilet Room Modernization Sealed Proposals will be received by Upper Darby School District for General Construction, Mechanical Construction (Mechanical & Plumbing) and Electrical Construction for the Bywood Elementary School Toilet Room Modernization Project. Proposals shall be addressed to Mr. Joseph McGilvery/UDSD 4611 Bond Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Proposals must be received by 1:00 PM, April 22, 2021. Bidders must register with the Architect prior to receiving Bidding Documents. Bidders shall email Saleem Barczynski at sbarczynski@pzsarchitects.com. Bidders must indicate name and address of their Company, work discipline, contact name and contact email. Once registered, Bidders will be given a link to access the documents. Questions regarding the bid shall be emailed using RFI format (Request For Information) to sbarczynski@pzsarchitects.com. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, 10:00 AM at Bywood Elementary School, 330 Avon Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082. Proposals shall conform to all requirements as set forth in the bidding documents.
