BID NOTICE 2021 BUILDING ENVELOPE REPAIR PROGRAM POTTSTOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT The Pottstown School District is soliciting bids for repairs at the High School and Franklin Elementary School including PUF Roof Recovering and Single-Ply Roofing Replacement. Digital copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained by contacting O&S Associates, Inc. (consultant) at bfrasca@oandsassociates.com. Bid Documents will be ready for distribution as of April 28, 2021. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 9:00AM at the High School, 750 N. Washington St., Pottstown, PA 19464. An employee or owner of the bidder must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting as one of the criteria for the bidder to be deemed responsive. Sealed bids are to be sent to Pottstown School District, 230 Beech Street, Pottstown, PA 19464. Sealed bids must be plainly marked on the outside with the name of the bidder, the name of the project (â2021 BUILDING ENVELOPE REPAIR PROGRAMâ?) and the words âSEALED BIDâ?. Sealed bids must be received at the District Office (located at 230 Beech Street, Pottstown, PA 19464) no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at which time they will be opened and the name of each bidder and bid amount will be read aloud.
