NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Spring-Ford Area School District is soliciting bids for Coach McNelly Stadium – Egress Enhancements at the Ninth Grade Center, 400 South Lewis Road, Royersford, Pennsylvania 19468. The project consists of, but is not limited to, fence and gate work, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, earthwork, railings, metal step fabrication and erosion controls, and other items as more completely described in the bid documents. Electronic bid documents can be obtained from the office of Architerra, PC, 205 North Main Street, Coopersburg, Pennsylvania 18036, telephone number 610-282-1398. A non-refundable fee of $20.00 is required for each set of bid documents. Checks are to be made payable to Architerra, PC but be delivered to Architerra before bid documents will be supplied. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 am, May 4, 2021 at Coach McNelly Stadium. Bids are due by 2:00 pm on May 17, 2021 at the Office of Mr. Robert Hunter, Director of Planning, Operations and Facilities, 833 South Lewis Road, Bldg. #1, Royersford, Pennsylvania 19468-2732 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
