ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the Lower Perkiomen Valley Regional Sewer Authority (LPVRSA) is soliciting bids for CONTRACT NO. 2021-2: Secondary Clarifier Catwalk Repair for the Oaks Wastewater Treatment Plant. LPVRSA will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program until June 24, 2021 at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, for the Secondary Clarifier Catwalk Repair Project. The contract documents and solicitation details are available at PennBid – www.PennBid.net. Any interested party not familiar with PennBid may contact the PennBid office at 717-488-0035 for assistance. A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 9, 2020 starting at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time at the LPVRSA Administration Building, 101 Station Avenue, Oaks, PA. Attendance at the prebid meeting is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Attendees must remain in compliance with the social distancing and other mitigation measures, which have been established by the Department of Health and Center for Disease Control and Prevention currently in effect or as may be amended in the future. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, and weekly certified payrolls will be required attesting to this. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to wave any informality in the bids.
