REQUEST FOR BIDS – LOWER POTTSGROVE TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL COMLEX – ELECTRICAL RE-BID Lower Pottsgrove Township will receive sealed bids for Electrical Construction at proposed Municipal Complex located at N. Pleasantview Rd and E. High Street. Sealed bids will be received online via the PennBid Program until 10:00AM prevailing time, July 8, 2021 at which time they will be opened. After bid opening the results will be available for viewing at the PennBid website. Successful bidder will be selected by Owner at a later date. Questions will be accepted until 10:00AM, prevailing time, on July 1, 2021; questions will be accepted through PennBid, only from prime bidders. All questions must be submitted through PennBid and will not be accepted in any other manner. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at Sunnybrook Ballroom, 50 Sunnybrook Road, Pottstown PA 19464 on June 28, 2021 at 1:00PM prevailing time. A visit to the pro-ject site will immediately follow. Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online without charge, at www.PennBid.net. Results of the bidding may be viewed by Bidders on the PennBid website. The apparent low bidder and the next two lowest bidders must submit, to the Architect, originals of the Bidding Documents within two (2) business days from the date of the bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders.
