Bid 28 – Asbestos/Hazardous Materials Abatement Sealed Proposals will be received by Upper Darby School District for Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Abatement at Aronimink Elementary School. Proposals shall be addressed to Mr. Joseph McGilvery, of Procurement Services, at 4611 Bond Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM, July 1, 2021. Bidding Documents will be available Friday, June 4, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Bidders must register with the Engineer prior to receiving Bidding Documents. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be secured only at the offices of Pennoni by emailing Alan Lloyd at ALloyd@Pennoni.com, phone: 856.656.2875. Bidders must indicate name and address of their Company, work discipline, contact name and contact email. RFI (Request For Information) shall be addressed to Alan Lloyd at ALloyd@Pennoni.com. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Aronimink Elementary School, 4611 Bond Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents.
