ASPHALT SEAL COAT NOTICE Sealed Bids will be received by Londonderry Township, Chester County, 103 Daleville Road, Cochranville, PA 19330 until 12:00 Noon on Thursday, July 22nd, 2021. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, July 22, 2021. The Bid includes equipment, labor and materials to apply asphalt seal coat per PennDOT specifications, Pub 408, (2020) Section 470. The total is 8,463 sq. yds. A list of locations will be included in the bid packets. Final payment will be based on actual square yards / linear feet applied upon average road width and actual completed length. Londonderry Township reserves the right to refuse any or all bids, waive any technical formality in the bidding and to accept any bid it deems suitable for its best interests.
