Southeast Delco School District HVAC Renovations for Delcroft School, Sharon Hill School, Kindergarten Center BID ADVERTISEMENT The Southeast Delco School District (owner) will be accepting separate sealed bids for HVAC Renovations for the following buildings: Delcroft School, Sharon Hill School and Kindergarten Center until October 14th, 2021 @ 1pm, at the Southeast Delco School District Administration Building located at 1560 Delmar Drive, Folcroft, PA 19032, attention: Mr. Craig Butler; Chief Operating and Financial Officer. The Owner intends to award separate construction contacts for General Construction (only at Delcroft School), Mechanical Construction and Electrical Construction. A pre-bid meeting and walkthrough is scheduled for September 30th starting at 10am. Meeting will start at Delcroft School then move to Sharon Hill and Kindergarten Center thereafter.
