Beverly Hills Middle School Toilet Room Modernization Phase 2 Sealed Proposals will be received by Upper Darby School District for General Construction, Mechanical Construction (Mechanical & Plumbing) and Electrical Construction for the Beverly Hills Middle School Toilet Room Modernization Project. Proposals shall be addressed to Mr. Joseph McGilvery, Supervisor of Procurement Services, at 4611 Bond Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM, December 7th, 2021. Bidding Documents will be available Monday, November 8th, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Bidders must register with the Architect prior to receiving Bidding Documents. Bidders shall email Joe Messmer at joe@gkoarchitects.com. Bidders must indicate name and address of their Company, work discipline, contact name and contact email. Upon completion of registration, Bidders will be given a link to access the documents. Questions regarding the bid shall be emailed using RFI format (Request For Information) to joe@gkoarchitects.com.
