INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be opened in public by Perkiomen Township on March 31, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Perkiomen Township Municipal Building, One Trappe Road, Collegeville, PA 19426. Bids must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 30, 2022, at the Perkiomen Township Municipal Building. After opening, bids will be received by the Perkiomen Township Board of Supervisors in a public meeting to be held on April 5, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. Sealed bids will be received for the following: MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT OPEN SPACE/GRASS CUTTING THERMO PLASTIC Copies of the bid specifications for Materials, Supplies, Equipment, Open Space Grass Cutting, and Thermo Plastic may be obtained by calling Perkiomen Township Municipal Building, 610-489-4034 during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Any questions, please contact Shawn Motsavage at (610) 489-4034 ext. #116 Proposals must be in a sealed envelope marked with applicable bid category(s) and addressed to Perkiomen Township, One Trappe Road, Collegeville, PA 19426. The Board of Supervisors of Perkiomen Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or portions thereof. Perkiomen Township also reserves the right to overlook or âwaiveâ? a bid defect, irregularity, deficiency or nonconformance provided that: (1) same is patently insignificant or technical; (2) the best interests of the Township would be advanced by the waiver; (3) the waiver would not give an unfair advantage to one bidder over another; and, (4) the waiver would not violate Section 3102 of the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. 68102, et seq.
