TOWNSHIP OF LOWER MERION ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 1. Sealed Proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following: Annual Supply of Roadway Maintenance Materials: 2B Coarse Aggregate, 3A Coarse Aggregate, 3A Modified Sub-Base, 2A Materials Sub-Base, Gabion Stone and Rip Rap Contract Number:51-52-22-06 2. Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the Pennbid Program ( 3. Proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, Thursday, April 21, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. 4. A Bid Guaranty shall accompany each Proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section (Exhibit “Câ€?) of the Bid Document. 5. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% is required. 6. Specifications may be obtained electronically at no cost, on the Pennbid website. 7. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Questionsâ€? feature in Pennbid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of Monday, April 11, 2022. 8. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEES AND APPLICANTS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT ARE NOT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF THEIR, RACE, COLOR, RELIGIOUS CREED, ANCESTRY, AGE, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY, OR BECAUSE OF A PERSON’S SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY OR GENDER EXPRESSION. 9.
