INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for the provision of Master Signage Planning Services for Montgomery County Community College, RFP# 7 – FY22/23. Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after February 7, 2023, through PennBid. Registration is free. A conference will be held on February 14, 2023, at 11 a.m. EST. Further details are available with the RFP Documents. Questions will be accepted through PennBid through February 16, 2023. Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid, www.pennbid.net by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, February 21, 2023. Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents.
