March 26, 2021 – The Tredyffrin/Easttown School District requests sealed bids for Bid Package # 3, Exterior Renovations & Upgrades at Valley Forge Elementary School, Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School, Valley Forge Middle School, Conestoga High School, Teamer Field and Network Operations Center (Project # 20-024.03). Sealed bids will be received electronically via PennBid. The project consists of general construction renovations and upgrades to exterior of Valley Forge Elementary School (VFES), Tredyffrin Easttown Middle School (TEMS), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), Conestoga High School (CHS), Teamer Field, and the Network Operations Center (NOC). Including, but not limited to, localized masonry rebuild, localized masonry repointing, replace broken coping stones, sealant replacement and shelf angle rehabilitation at VFES, VFMS, CHS, Teamer Field, and NOC; paving repair and sealing at NOC and TEMS; concrete wall repair at TEMS; repair of concrete canopies at CHS; and Loading Dock repair at TEMS. Bids are to be received electronically before 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 26, 2021, at which time bids will be opened on the PennBid website with results displayed publicly. The results will also be read aloud at the School District Administration Offices. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms. On Wednesday, February 17, 2021, detailed specifications, and requirements for bidding may be obtained at no cost on the PennBid website, www.PennBid.net. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Clarificationsâ€? tab on the PennBid website.
