Bids will be accepted by Spokane Regional Emergency Communications (SREC) beginning 8:00am on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 until 5:00pm Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Vendors must submit a written proposal by 5:00 pm April 4, 2023 to Spokane Regional Emergency Communications. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on Thursday, April 6 at 9:00am at SREC, 1620 N. Rebecca St., Spokane, WA 99217 and publicly read aloud for furnishing the following:

THIS INVITATION to bid is to secure a vendor to provide Public Safety Software for Spokane Regional Emergency Communications (SREC):
a. Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) for EMS, Fire, and Police
b. Mobile Data Software (MDS) for EMS, Fire, and Police

SREC hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation.

SREC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding.
