ONLINE BIDS will be received by Spokane County, Washington, until 11:00 a.m., October 13, 2021 at www.publicpurchase.com which time they will be opened in at a Virtual Public Bid Opening, and publicly read aloud for furnishing the following:
ITB NO. P12392 “” Doris Morrison Learning Center Building, Site, And Trail
SPOKANE COUNTY seeks to enter into an annual agreement with a Contractor for the construction of an approximately 4,000 square foot, single story learning center overlooking the Saltese Flats wetland area including building, site, and trail.
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation.
