CALL FOR BIDS SEALED BIDS will be received by Spokane County, Washington, until 11:00 A.M., Monday, May 3, 2021 at which time they will be opened in Conference Room, Second Floor, Spokane County Facility Building, 1211 W Gardner Avenue, Spokane, WA 99260, and publicly read aloud for furnishing the following: BID No. P12304 This Invitation to Bid is for Construction Services Etter Ranch Trailhead. NATURE OF THE PROJECT: This Public Works project consist of site clearing, installation of erosion control measures; rough grading; installation of a paved parking area and site furnishings; electrical; and revegetation of disturbed areas, exposed slopes, drainage areas, etc., and one year of landscape maintenance. ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE: $389,500.00 including tax EACH BID SHALL BE SEALED in an opaque envelope which has been clearly marked in the upper left corner with the words “Bid By” followed by the name and address of the bidder. In the lower left corner of the envelope the bidder shall write out the bid number, bid opening date, and name of the bid. A PRE-BID SITE VISIT will be held on, April 28, 2021; 11:00 a.m., Etter Ranch Trailhead, 17731 E Wellesley Ave., Spokane Valley, WA 99216.
