LAWRENCE HOUSING AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposals (RFP) Design, Installation, and Maintenance of a Video Security System for the Lawrence Housing Authority The Lawrence Housing Authority (LHA) is seeking technical and price proposals from qualifed frms approved by MA OSD under Statewide Contract ITC71 for the design, delivery, installation, testing and maintenance of a video security system to be integrated with the Lawrence Police Department's existing citywide video security system. The estimated cost of the proposed video security system is $225,000.
