CVSD Transportation Center

Central Valley School District is requesting sealed bids for the General Contractor/Construction Manager for the CVSD TRANSPORTATION CENTER for the following Subcontractor Bid Package:

BP #5 “”“ Miscellaneous Work Package including concrete footings, curbs & sidewalks, fencing and misc plumbing.

(Due Thursday, August 19th, 2021 at 2:00 pm.)

A pre-bid walkthrough for BP #5 (in conjunction with the walk through for BPs #1-4) is scheduled for Wednesday, August 4th at 3:00 PM; those interested in attending are to meet at the Garo Construction site trailer for the Ridgeline High School project off Henry Lane in Liberty Lake, WA.

This is a GCCM project. Garco Construction is the GCCM on this project and intends to bid on this package.

The scope of work is outline in the Bid Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in Contract Specifications. A Bid Bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above.

Contract Documents for bid packages noted above can be reviewed on or after July 27th, 2021 at the following locations:

Spokane Regional Plan Center, Spokane, WA;

Bids must be received by Central Valley School District Purchasing Office, 19307 E. Cataldo Ave., Spokane Valley, WA 99016, no later than the date and time listed above, at which time bids will be opened and read. Bids received after the time specified above will not be considered. The Bid Package number and submittal date must appear on the outside of all bids submitted. Any firm failing to submit its proposal in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Instructions to Bidders may be considered non-responsive.

Individuals with disabilities who may need special accommodations to participate in the public bid opening meeting should contact Bill Santiago, Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Department, at (509) 225-5476 no later than three days before the scheduled date of the meeting so that arrangements for the modifications can be made.
