City of Aliso Viejo Aliso Creek Road Rehabilitation

The City of Aliso Viejo (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the subject project at the Aliso Viejo City Clerk’s Office located at Aliso Viejo City Hall, 12 Journey, Suite 100, Aliso Viejo California, no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

The work includes the following: grinding existing asphalt pavement (480,000 SF), placing ARHM pavement with fibers (4,400 tons), placing AC leveling course with fibers (3,000 tons), curb ramp improvements, thermoplastic striping and markings, traffic control, and raising utility manholes, and utility valve covers.

The engineer’s estimate for this work is approximately $1,300,000.

The Contractor shall have thirty (30) working days after the starting date specified in the Notice to Proceed to complete the work.

public-works@AVCity.org. Electronic copies will be provided at no charge. A charge of $35.00 will be required of any bidder who requests that the Contract Documents be mailed.
