CITY OF AMESBURY Invitation for Bids FY2021-01D Catch Basin Cleaning & Associated Work, Pavement Markings, Street Sweeping, & Random Crack Sealing City of Amesbury through its Department of Public Works is seeking sealed bids for FY2021 ANNUAL SUPPLIES AND SERVICES for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, plus two (2) one year options to renew at the City’s discretion. Bid documents containing specifications, requirements, and conditions will be available after 12:00 p.m. April 29, 2021 by contacting the Amesbury Department of Public Works via email at manorp@amesburyma.gov. Questions will not be accepted after noon on Monday, May 24, 2021. Clearly marked Sealed Bids, in separate envelopes will be received at the Department of Public Works Office, 39 South Hunt Road, Amesbury, MA 01913 on or before Thursday, May 27, 2021 (5-27-2021) at 2:00 p.m., no exceptions. Bids will be opened and read publicly at that time in the Public Works Office Conference Room. The City of Amesbury DPW through the CFO’s Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award individual contracts to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder of each bid category, as determined to be in the best interest of the City.
