City of Berlin, NH and Berlin Water Works Request for Qualifications – Engineering Services NH Route 110 Water & Sewer Infrastructure Extension The City of Berlin along with Berlin Water Works will be accepting Statements of Qualifications through Thursday January 20, 2022 until 2:00 PM from qualified engineering firms for the provision of professional engineering design and related services. All proposals must be addressed to the City Manager’s Office, 168 Main Street, Berlin, NH 03570 either electronically or in a sealed envelope marked “RFQ-Engineering Services for NH Route 110 Water & Sewer Infrastructure Extension” The City Manager reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as they may determine and to waive defects in form or minor irregularities where the best interest of the City and Berlin Water Works would be served. Interviews may be conducted in an effort to determine the best-qualified firms as part of the evaluation process at no cost to the City or Berlin Water Works.
